Quality Age Build

Website redesign

Overview

I worked with Quality Age Build, a family-operated construction company based in Toronto, to redesign their existing website. The project aimed to create a user-friendly, visually appealing, and comprehensive online presence that effectively showcases their extensive range of construction and waterproofing services. The objective was to enhance the site to reflect the company’s commitment to quality and client-centric service, thereby improving user engagement and conversion rates.

Challenges and Solutions

Outdated Website Design: The original website did not meet modern design standards, negatively impacting user engagement and brand perception.

  • Solution: I implemented the latest version of WordPress and I replaced outdated themes and plugins with modern, more efficient ones to ensure smoother site functionality and improved overall security.

Poor User Experience: Previously, users found it difficult to navigate the site and understand what services QAB provides.

  • Solution: I completely redesigned the site’s architecture, improving the structure to offer a seamless experience and visibility. This allowed users to easily switch between services and access information quickly.

Lack of Service Details: The service pages lacked extensive descriptions and visual representations crucial for educating and engaging potential customers.

  • Solution: I developed detailed, SEO-friendly service pages for each service, enriching them with high-quality images, comprehensive descriptions, and relevant projects.

Ineffective Lead Generation Tools: To boost user engagement and increase inquiry rates, I integrated robust lead collection forms, clear call-to-action buttons, and an intuitive contact area, optimizing the website for conversions.
