Overview

For Krome Kapital’s website, I created a premium icon set to visually organize property categories and subcategories across the site and within the interactive property map.

Purpose & Style

Each icon was designed to:

  • Differentiate property types and services such as houses, condos, rentals, land development, and pre-construction, making browsing intuitive.
  • Reinforce brand identity through a high-contrast navy and gold colour palette, conveying luxury, trust, and professionalism.
  • Maintain consistency with circular and pin-style badges used throughout category sections and as map markers for quick property-type recognition.

The icons not only elevate the site’s visual appeal but also improve user navigation by providing clear, elegant markers for every key offering.
